The Batwing hood is magic armour worn in the head slot. It requires 30 Defence to wear. It was released as part of the Evolution of Combat. The hood is commonly worn as part of a batwing armour setup for people that are taking part in warbands. This is due to its cheap price compared to its high life point boost.
It is made by using a needle and thread on two batwing, requiring 54 Crafting, and giving 100 Crafting experience.
